Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Flag Football Ninja (“FFN,” “the service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

FFN provides a play designer, wristband builder, and related coaching tools. The play designer is free to use; saving, printing, sharing, and other features may require a paid plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled; one-time plans (such as the Season Pass) do not auto-renew. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the service;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to FFN;
• upload content you do not have the right to use.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the plays, playbooks, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available offline.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
