Flag Football Ninja (“FFN,” “we,” “us”) helps coaches design plays, build wristband cards, and share them with their team. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using FFN you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information — the email address and profile details you provide when you sign up.
- Team & roster data — teams, rosters, and player details you add to organize your group.
- Play content — the plays, playbooks, wristbands, and related designs you create.
- Usage & device data — basic technical information (such as browser type) needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the play designer and related features;
- authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- process subscriptions and payments for paid plans;
- respond to support requests and send service-related messages.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run FFN. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing. We never store full card numbers.
- Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
- Microsoft Clarity — product analytics (session replays and heatmaps) that show us how FFN is used so we can improve it. See “Cookies, analytics & session recording” below.
Cookies, analytics & session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with FFN — where they click, how they scroll, and where they get stuck — through heatmaps and session replays. Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser. When you allow it, Clarity sets cookies (_clck, _clsk) to recognize return visits.
On your first visit we ask for your choice with a consent banner. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are not recorded unless they accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time here or via the “Cookie preferences” link in the page footer. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Data retention
We keep your content for as long as your account is active. If a paid plan lapses, your content is retained in a read-only state and remains restorable for up to 18 months before it is permanently deleted. You may delete your content or account at any time.
Your choices
You can review and update your profile from your account settings, export or delete content you have created, and request deletion of your account. To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below.
